I am an LXD of adult learning programs with experience in B2B, B2C and corporate training.
My key strengths are customer empathy and ambition to make it simple for students, so I always pay attention to audience research.
I am open to new tools and approaches, but at the same time I believe that good training does not necessarily consist of advanced technologies. Good education is the one that solves the problem at hand. So I try to be rational in my choice of tools when designing so that my students are not victims of my preferences.
My main profile in design is IT and digital, my first education being my strong foundation. That said, I'm happy to work with management and soft skills programs.
